The power of small habits

Nowadays, marked by constant hustle and high expectations, we often forget the importance of small changes – like those 1% improvements – which can have a powerful long-term impact, even though they may seem insignificant.

When thinking about fitness, we often notice how people want quick results and dive into huge transformations of their habits, but shortly after they get back to the old patterns. Why? Because such changes are not sustainable.

In my work with clients we set up certain goals but my focus is on the specific steps that need to be taken to achieve them. Such small changes may not bring significant results in the short term, but over the long term, they certainly will.

A great example would be taking a walk during a break at work. If we look at it over the course of a week, we probably won't see some results, but consistently practicing such a habit will significantly increase overall activity, leading to weight loss over time and boosting energy levels.

So, start with small changes that will bring about big results in the long run.
